THE SOCIAL SERVICE BUREAU offers ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES to our customers

COLLABORATION – To facilitate access and communication of elderly people with institutions we offer a range of administrative services to the persons residing on the territory of the municipality of Gabrovo and the adjacent municipalities:

  • Payment of monthly bills for the electrical energy, water, household gas consumed, payment of bills for stationary or mobile phone, cable TV, etc.
  • Agency for contacts with various institutions upon submission of documents to Pension Department, Social Assistance Directorate, the municipality, the Labour Bureau, etc.
  • Legal and administrative services for document submission.
  • The annual payment of local tax and garbage collection fee to the municipality.
  • Cooperation upon provision with assistive devices.
  • Rendering aid upon the preparation of the documents necessary for application to the (National) Work Capability Assessment Commission.
  • Preparation of documents for admission or discharge from a hospital.
  • Organization of subscriptions for periodic printed publications, if required by the customer.
  • Cooperation for a subscription card for public transport.
  • Agency for employment
  • Various document fill out and their submission before various institutions

All services rendered by our assistants may also be offered in the customers’ homes, as there is a possibility for part-time service, as well. This applies to the persons residing in the municipality of Gabrovo and adjacent municipalities. Costs will be borne by the customer.
All services have been entered into the register of the Social Assistance Agency - Sofia.
